First thing that comes to mind is wait till other people have taken it... and more test prep materials come out... after Q3 of this year...

In the meantime... keep playing with the OS!

The best way to prepare for any MCSE or Cisco exam is to have hands-on experience.

This is especially true with MCSE exams because some questions may include simulations and will ask you to perform an administrative task.

For Windows 2000 I recommend getting a study kit from MS press. It includes 120 days evaluation version of Win2000 server and Win2000 professional.

For only $139.00 its a great deal.

You can also wait for more feedback from others about Win2000 exams.

PS. You don't need to pay for the evaluation copies of Win 2000 Professional and server - by going onto the Microsoft site and registering they will send them thro'.
