What resets the Holddown timers??
I know that HD Timer expiring is one ,in the cisco book it says that if a new update with a new metric comes in that it is also reset and when the flush timer removes the route from the table.
Is it reset when a new update indicating a network change come in???

if at anytime before the hold down timer expires an update is recieved indicating that the network is again accessible the marks this and removes the timer.
