Which two WAN data link layer protocol support multiple upper layer
protocol.
I dont' know, don't have a clue!!!

HDLC
Frame Relay
ISDN

Point to Point Protocol supports IP, IPX, and one other that I can't remember. Maybe it's DECnet(?) or one of those other upper layer protocols nobody ever hears of.
Unsure about the others.

The answers as I see it is HDLC and PPP.
Cisco-HDLC has a proprietary type field the indicates the type of protocol thus supporting different ones. Normal HDLC does not allow for multiple Protocols!
PPP as you said support IP and IPX because it works on both the datalink and network layers.
