Ninja - help is what it's all about:
1. My Briefcase allows you to work on files remotely (i.e. with a laptop) and then update files on your desktop
2. The safest way, ("best") is through the Control Panel. B
3. I would say A, just because setup fails doesn't necessarily mean you need to partition and/or reformat. (Yikes)
4. I'm not totally sure about this one. Viruses reside in memory. Check the ExamCram or Dummies books and see what they say.
5. Answer: C - you can install 95 in whatever drive you want, and even so, you're generally going to use the Windows directory. You change the directory, for example, if you want to install 95 over 3.1 but retain your current 3.1 settings.
6. T1 is network cabling. TCP/IP is internet protocol. I'm going with the actual connection device on this one.
And yes, there is a specific A+ message board as well on this site. Check it out - it will definitely help.
Good luck.
e~

try http://www.freepractice.com tests 6 thru 10, and make notes of anything you don't know immediately, then go study up on them. It's not an all inclusive solution, but it'll identify your weak areas. Just memorizing answers may get you to pass, but try keeping a job when you do not actually understand how things work.
