Exam Essentials or Transcender

Looking to get some practicve software for the Server+ and MCSA 70-218
exams.

Looking at either Transcender or Exam Essentials v6.0. I used
Transcenders in the past for 70-210, 215 and Network+ and they were
good. Exam Essentials are a little less money but are the savings
worth it?

Any experiences or recommendations?

Hi:

Before you decide you may wish to first work through the *huge* number of
practice exam questions included in "Server+ Certification for Dummies" by
Ron Gilster and Mike Glencross (Hungry Minds, 2001).

Good luck!

Re: Exam Essentials or Transcender

I also used Transcenders for 210 and 215 and they were good, but that was
back in Jan/Feb timeframe. The ones I've used recently (216, 217 and 228)
seem like the Transcenders are outdated. Perhaps Microsoft has changed the
test content when they changed them to pass/fail instead of giving scores
and the Transcenders have not kept up. I've not used the Exam Essentials
test questions, so I cannot give you an opinion on them

Re: Exam Essentials or Transcender

Rather not cheat. Just looking for something to see where I am at and
what areas to focus on. Transcender it is, Exam Essantials is more
Novell geared.

Thx!

Re: Exam Essentials or Transcender

I have bought ExamSoEasy MCSE core. The quality seems quite good, in
addition to Q&A, they got explaination too.

They are having a promotion until 31-Dec:

$39 for 4 MCSE core exam papers
