Perhaps an easy question...

What is the most popular GUI library/interface for Linux development
using C++?

I'm just getting started in Radhat C++ and I want to use what
EVERYONE'S using.

There is not a single, most popular one.

There is nothing that EVERYONE is using - that's what Linux is all
about : configurability.

Is that really configurability? Or more like "more choice"?

Either way, you get both with open source software.
