Internet radio
I've never had access to a non-dial up connection before and never really thought about internet radio until now.
Well, actually, that's not true, I had thought that it was really widespread and that all you had to do was go to the station's website and click on the relevant station, pretty much like tuning a standard radio set.
I'd planned to listen to Australia versus England in the cricket today, so I went to the BBC expecting to find ball by ball commentary, but nothing. There aren't even any BBC radio stations broadcasting 'live' as it were, it's all just clips you download. I must be missing something here. Why wouldn't the BBC put it's free to air stuff over the internet?

Right, got that, now why the hell couldn't I find it? I expect it will rain tomorrow so no cricket!
Only problem now is sorting out this damn Japanese Real Player, seems to have a mind of its own.
Thanks a lot.
Pete
