roaing user profile help
I am studying for win2k pro
and I have a home lab
my question is I created user romaing profile on the server but when I try logging in from another machine on networkI get message " Windows cannot locate your roaming user profile, windows is trying to locate your local user profile, changes made will not propagate to your profile "
I'm sure I left a few things out during my network setup but not sure what . any help would be appreciated

thanks
Thanks guys . I know how to create the roaming profile but there is something with my DNS/Active directoy/DHCP setup of the server. I can't ping other 2 machines tehy can see server but can't get to it
I am going to blow the server away and make sure I have selected a good naming convention, dhcp scope ,dns etc.
I need a good site that can fill inthe blanks on doing this I knowmost of it but not all of it as it's important to not just pass the test but to know as well
thanks

yes.
focusing first on network deployment.
stablish a rock solid server with dns, srv, dhcp, scope options, ad, etc. check SRV!!!.... is the first step after ad deployment. after this, start the playing with gpos, roaming profiles, auditing, etc.
