Another Victim
Took my best shot at the 216 this morning and walked out 2.5 hrs later an unhappy man.
That little message at the end sure makes your day doesnt it.
Sort of knew i was borderline through the last part of the test, but was also confident of a pass.
I know RRAS and some DNS,DHCP questions are my brush up points.
Incredibly long drawn out questions, exhibitions and select and place.
Subnetting is the least of your worries on this exam.
Oh well, onward and upward!!
Hey Freak, have you got a study guide for this one?

216 is a tough exam. Don't worry about it. Many have failed this exam. Now you have experience and know what to expect! Study hard and keep at it. Don't jump the gun and be afraid to put it off until you know you're ready to retake. You can pass it!
Remember: You learn more by failing. I sure did.

ten days ago I did new beta test, 71-214,
Implementing and Administering Security in a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network. This one

That's one "lesson" I feel very fortunate in having been able to dodge.

Thanks Guys
It seems that this exam has gained a reputation.
It is good though that you really have to know your stuff.
I know that there is a lot of talk concerning braindumps and a quick way to the Certs, but if you blag your way through this exam you would fall apart at a job interveiw when asked about routing or Remote access.
