took the CCNA exam again today..scored 748 out of 755 almost. This is the first exam I have ever failed a exam and I have my MCSE MCP MCP+I CNA and CNE. The second exam had almost none of the first exam questions..and it seemed twice as hard, obviously. The placement questions of drag and dropping the encap process, and descripts of the osi model. know the access lists, and ppp, hdlc and frame relay. the isdn questions arent to bad. I do have to argue that some of the questions are worded very badly,,,not tricky, but in a obvious way of making you miss, not very fair, welcome to the cisco testing world. good luck, and try not to get too upset with the wording of the questions, just concentrate on which answers are obviously wrong. off to study what I am weak on , so I can finally pass tomorrow. read the sybex and exam cram book...end to end.
