If no expiration date is set on a cookie, will the cookie go away when the browser is closed or when the computer is turned off.

In this site cramnotes and the section on cookies, cramnotes say cookies are deleted after the system is rebooted and the section on cookies say they are deleted when the browser is closed.

(PS) This topic started by THOR, really helped me when I did my i-Net+ exam last week. It's the best cramsheet I found on the net for i-Net+ exam.
