Physical memory dump

Hi,
My kids have been playing with their toys across my keyboard and I now have
the following error.

** STOP: 0x0000001E (0XC0000005, 0XA010C72F, 0X00000000, 0X00000085)
** Address A010C72F base at A0000000, DateStamp 38438ff7 - win32k.sys
Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete. Contact your administrator or technical
support group.

The screen is not responding??
What can I do to fix the problem. I would appreciate a step by step guide if
possible please.

Thanks

Regards
Paul

Re: Physical memory dump

1) press power button until system shuts off

2) wait a little

3) press power button to restart the system

if it keeps happening (you didn't really tell us much to begin with, like
when does it happen?) then re-install the OS

Re: Physical memory dump

power the system off.
reboot, repeatedly hitting the F8 key until you get the startup options
menu.
choose the option for last known good configuration.

try that.

which OS? 2k or xp?
