Are you using Netscape 4.7 by any chance?
Make sure to use Internet Explorer browser or if you have to use Netscape, use Netscape 6.2 or above and you will have no problems.

Thanks so much! I had sort-of figured that out yesterday. I was using 4.7 - so I tried explorer and it worked.
If those are the practice exams that I paid for, where are the free questions? I'll go and look again, since I really didn't look for those yesterday. It's hard getting "computer time" here with 3 people going to school.
