Question about CGMP
I have a silly question about CGMP (silly in that I can't seem to find an
answer to it anywhere I look.)
Suppose I have a switch with 24 hosts connected (one in each port.) Only
two hosts want the multicast stream. Does CGMP block multicasts to the
other 22 ports or do the other 22 hosts see the traffic and just ignore it?
I appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.
