It was referenced in 'Hacking Exposed'. I'm reading this book right now as part of my R&R between certificates. Get it if you can. It is a real eye opener.

Definitely good thinking. Security is gonna be the hot issue from here out, until they make a bullet proof O/S?

Pretty sure they aren't going to make a bullet proof, out of the box OS. Even Unix has it's security issues. And you'd think given the time Unix has been out, we'd perfected it by now. Biggest thing is the security to usability tradeoff.

You can easily make a fully secure network -- put all PCs in locked vaults, connected by cabling inside metal conduits embeded in 5 feet of concrete, connecting to a server with no monitor, keyboard, mouse, or modem access inside another vault. All this of course would be without the biggest security vulerability -- the interface device between the chair and the keyboard.
