No Difference
Cisco has stated that they don't require you to do a "copy run start" at the end. They grade you based on whether you solved the specific questions they asked or not.

Please, do not issue the "copy run start" command UNLESS the simulation asks you to.
The simulation has no idea whether or not you are insecure, only that you issued a command that was not called for.
