does anybody know if the test engine is a valid measuring tool.
I would think so if it is approved by Lammle
Studied alot past 2 months need to measure up.

I would think so, Todd's stuff seems to be pretty much accepted as the best. I have seen errors in most all of the testing software I have tried thus far, so be on guard. I would still try you skill at any quizes you can access however. The one on cert21 is good, take a couple SkillDrills, download the BeachFront Quizzer, etc. It is good to get a few different perspectives on questions as varying the semantics of the questions will test your understanding, versus memorization.
