Maybe you can give a little detail about the job. That might help with supplying any last minute advice.

Get to your interview at least 10 minutes early, even if you have to wait for 10 minutes to talk to whomever. Get a good nite's rest the nite before. If you smoke, then don't smoke before going into the interview. Make a list of questions to ask the potential employer. At the end of the interview ask:
"Do you see any reason why I won't be considered for this position? If so, why?"
Best of luck and let us know how it went.

Yes, be sure to have some ready questions for the interviewer. Things like "How is IT support organized within your company?" (i.e. are their various levels of support: Level I helpdesk, Level II helpdesk, Level III desktop support) "Do you pay for training/tests as I plan on continuing my certifications?". Ask them how they use applications within the organization(like Citrix or remote workstation management, etc.). The important thing with the questions is to come across genuinely interested in IT at the company, and you should be genuinely interested if you plan on working there. If the interview just ends with only the interviewer questioning you, I guarantee they will be less likely impressed. The types and number of questions can be limitless, but try to be reasonable.
Really pay attention to your body posture and body language in the interview. You want to come across as confidently and calm as possible. This will make you look more flexible and able.
Also, a lot of IT managers will be looking at your customer service skills and your ability to work with a team, so don't forget to emphasize how your own experience and abilities in this area.
Let us know how it goes. Good luck!!

I like that! From my point of view I could probably also write: "Do you see any reason why I won't be considered for this interview? If so, why?"
High protein, light breakfast
Get there early. Work out the travel before.
Don't play down your skills whatever they said on the phone.
Careful with the body language. Look confident but not assuming.
By all means prepare a list of questions beforehand. Modify it mentally as the interview progresses and they tell you about the company/position.
Tell them why you are the suitable candidate for this job.
Good luck.
Oops !! You've probably already done the interview. Oh well, for the next one maybe ... lol.

Ok here is the kind of questions I got!
1. What do you do if users saids there computer dosn't turn on?
2. What if a user says there printer isn't working what do you do?
What would everyone have said for these questions.
Other then those questons there questions were not very straigh foward. I don't expect a call back considering that they were laughing when I left the room!

What do you think they were laughing at? I couldn't imagine them laughing AT you?? I hope not - if so, who wants to work for a bunch of jerks anyway!
How did you think the interview went though (I suppose before you heard laughing...)
Good luck, I hope everything went well for you!
