Question Which simulator is better?

I am trying to decide to buy the real equipment or to buy a simulator. The real lab is so expensive, it's over my budget. Now I am starting to look at the simulator. Did you use the simulator before? Which one is good? Can this help you to pass exam?

Sorry to ask you guys so many questions these days since I just started to learn CCNP by myself. Thanks for your help.

Jean

Hi. I am using the CCNP Sybex Virtual Trainer. It will set you back about $200. It includes practice labs for all 4 exams. It pretty good, could be better with more practice examples, but it's probably one of the best simulators you'll find.

Good luck!

I have reviewed couple of Simulators inclusing the one from boson, r1r2 and the Sybex. I found the Sybex one found to be too good and cheaper. It is shipped free with the Sybex books. However I suggest the Cisco press books as the best for your CCNP exam preparations.
