Sybex
The Sybex book is good for this exam. I highly recommend it with an eval copy of XPe. If you are going for CCEA also, you will need XPe anyway. Don't forget about the Admin Guide for XP from the Citrix website. It is invaluable for 220 and the other exams.
Good Luck,
JohnnyB
