There are thousands of companies using Netware. What you will find is alot
of hybrid networks with Novell and Microsoft servers. Consider certifing in
both like I did...opens up a whole lot of doors for you.

I keep my cert up to date on Novell. Going to be doing Netware 6 before
updating my CCNP to version 2 (it'll be up for renew beginning of next
year).
Novell is still out there giving excellent performance, industry leading
Directory Service, and butt kicking up time. They need marketing, better
developer tools, and that's about it. Marketing alone would help.
