I suggest looking at David Groth's "i-Net+ Study Guide" (Sybex, March 2002)
or Joseph A. Bryne's "i-Net+ Certification Study System" (Hungry Minds,
April 2000).

I passed the IK0-001 exam and used the Exam Cram I-Net + book. I hear it is
still very usefull because the new Inet + exam is very similar to the old
one.
