Running batch files minimized

I am running W2k Pro on a laptop. I have a batch file that runs every time
the machine starts up or reboots. Does anyone know how I run the batch file
minimized rather than it popping up every time ie. Login script

Thanks in anticipation

Ken

Re: Running batch files minimized

Create a shortcut to the batch file. Right click on the shortcut and select
the shortcut tab (it is selected by default).

Go to the "Run" field (it's a drop down list) select minimized.

Now call that shortcut rather than the batch file and the batch program will
run minimized.
