In-place upgrade of Exch2000: could not be upgraded to version 3.2. Error 0xfffff9bb.
Louis, did you ever find a solution for this? I am having exactly the same problem even after trying a full upgrade 1/2 a dozen times.
Any help would be greately appreciated!!!
