 Whats up with MS???
OK, I passed my MCP (210) about 2 months ago. Haven't gotten my welcome
package yet. (I have since passed 215 and 218). Thought I would give it
some time about a month ago. I emailed MCPHelp@microsoft.com, but got a
failed message back. What is up with that? You mean to tell me that
Microsoft is having technical problems??? No!!! I don't believe it!! But
seriously, anyone know what is going on???

Is reply to address on your email set correctly? Every time I have mailed
MCPHelp@microsoft.com I get in the first instance an auto reply with a
ticket number and a proper reply within a few days. One of the first
times I have been impressed with MS :-)

Yeah, my reply to is fine. The message was undeliverable. It could
not find "mcphelp@microsoft.com". I will try Rob's suggestion above
and see if anyone can be reached there... hopefully their phones
still work. Thanks for the help, though.

they recently ran out of wallet cards and had to make another run, I wonder if that got them late for the overall process...

The same thing happened to me when I re-ordered my Win2000 MCSE with the new
logo, to replace the old style certificate they sent me in February.
I waited about 10 weeks before calling to find out what the problem was. The
girl I spoke with said the computer showed it was sent and should have arrived
a month ago-- at which point I said that's the very reason for my call.
She re-ordered it and said to wait another 4-6 weeks, but lo' and behold, it
arrived about 2 weeks later. Then 3 days after that, ANOTHER copy arrived.
