corrupt NVRAM
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a way to format NVRAM on a catalyst 6000? I am
receiving a syslog message saying that the checksum on the NVRAM has failed
and it can't load the start-up config when booting up.
Many thanks,
John.

There isn't. If you're unable to save configuration changes to NVRAM
even after erasing its contents in the usual way, you almost certainly
have a Supervisor hardware failure.

In the future, please post a) your chassis and module hardware models,
b) your operating system type and version, and c) the exact error
message you're seeing, sometime after performing a search query on it
at www.cisco.com.
