Well, let me rephrase my question to Cross36....

How do you know for sure that the cram sheet should not be forwarded (and if so would be a violation of IPR) ??

There are things on the Internet that can be freely re-distributed so long as content not modified in any way...

???

I read the cram sheet and do not see any copyright notice... (unless someone deleted that). On the other hand, absence of such notice even in the original document does not necessarily imply that it is not copyrighted.

Saw the Web Law FAQ listed at http://www.post1.com/home/ultramundane/faq_list.htm and I think it is interesting.

I think Cross36 intention is to point out that we need to be careful about redistributing materials. The intention is good and commendable.

Let's be more careful...
