Have you already received your "Congrats MSCA" email from Microsoft? Once I got that email from them it took about 2 weeks.

no mcsa welcome kit
I also passed on March 14th and have still yet to get my welcome kit. I got the "congratulations on your mcsa" email a couple of days after passing it. With so many people passing the exam at once(since it just came out) I am assuming it is taking them longer to process the kits, but I'll have to give them a call to figure out whats going on for sure.

Take a look at the email I got back from MS....it does appear they ran out of paper to put MCSAs on! Keep in mind that I passed on March 22nd.
This is in response to your e-mail regarding your MCSA welcome kit.
"We apologize for the delay due to technical problem. Our records indicate your MCSA Welcome kit, which includes your certificate, wallet card and lapel pin was ordered and shipped on April 18, 2002. Standard delivery time for welcome kits is four to six weeks. Please allow until June 3, 2002 for delivery of your welcome kit.
If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know. Thank you for contacting Microsoft."

Talk about a shortage of request for the certificates. just goes to show you, when you plan on releasing an exam. Be sure to have all the requirements behind it. LOL no paper ha!
