I'll go with KScheler's advice.. hands on practice is very important.. nobody wants someone who is certified but doesn't know what the hell he's doing

well, you don't.
If you are that busy, you can't prepare for this test, and no cram sheet will do the trick either.
So you need to make a choice between that exam and the other aspects of your busy life

Take it from Freak and especially me. I took the beast 216 the first time and passed.
But i studied for 3 hours a day for 6 weeks and i used the MS Press kit book and the transcender module.
This is the toughest exam of the cores.
don't rush it, and prepare yourself wisely

MS stuff is a bit dry. Try Sybex books.

I passed this one yesterday on the first try (miracle of all miracles); I used Transcender, Sybex, Books Online, and my own W2K Server test machine.
It's a very tough exam, possibly the toughest I have faced since 70-029, and you had best be well-prepared. I will cheerfully admit that I was somewhat surprised when I saw that 'Congratulations - you have passed this exam' message...I should have prepared for a few more days.

Congrats on the pass DivxGuy.. thanks for the tips for how to prepare for the exams as well.. looks like you deserved the pass after all the hard work.. 3 hours a day for 6 weeks.. that's quite a lot.. is 24/7 for 2 weeks enough?
