Exclamation IP Expert Lab Workbook vs. Mentor Tech: Cisco CCIE Lab Workbook v2

Help fellow CCIE candidates,

I trying to determine which lab workbook would best prepare me for the CCIE Lab exam.
I undecided between the IP Expert Workbook and the Mentor Tech: Lab Workbook v2. Please help me clear up this problem on which book to use.

Thanks

I went with IPExpert - the technical support offered on the forum was particularly helpful.
