Yes and no. There is a Non-disclosure Agreement that must be signed to complete your certification. It used to be that you "signed" one just prior to the test electronically by agreeing to the terms of the exam and then you did another electronic signing on Cisco's Tracking system prior to them mailing your certificate. I assume it is still the same way but none of this changes the exam you get.
