Ccna Exam Error
Hai friends,
I wrote my CCNA exam yesterday. At the very beginning I got an error. Then the exam incharge asked me to restart. Then after I complete 2 questions I got an error saying some DLL missing. Then the exam incharge did something and I got my 3rd question. I completed all my 50 questions then and the questions were very easy. But after I completed, the system didnt even gave me any marksheet and I got a message saying that I failed. The exam incharge is saying that I will get the marksheet after 10 days and they are saying that it may happen like this at sometimes. But I did almost all the questions correct. I doubt the result due to the problems I got like DLL's missing there was some internal problems I doubt.
Anybody plz suggest me as to what next step I can do regarding this. I lost my money and efforts in this and very much disappointed. Plz advice me.
