This is nothing comparing to the real story I witnessed while working in the computer shop
A customer bought a computer from us and then called the same day saying that the computer does not recognize the CD-ROM drive.
Tech support guy, who was not a native English speaker told him to open "my computer" and then look in the control panel.
After a while a customer said, hold, on I think I see it, let me get my screw driver.
Why? asked the tech support.
Customer said, well, I opened your computer, but I still don't see a control panel, how is it supposed to look like?
Apparently, he really opened the computer and was looking for some sort of control panel inside the computer. He thought that it was some kind of a device.
