MCDBA certified!
You are reading the words of someone who just became MCDBA certified!!! I can't believe it, but I did it. I still have to take the 219 exam this monday to complete the MCSE, but I never thought I could get a MCDBA certificate. I will say that I barely passed 70-229 today, since it was actually pretty tough, but I passed and that's all that matters. Anybody out there have any advice as to finding a job with a MCDBA, MCSE (soon) but little experience and no top secret security clearance? I've heard that either should make quite a bit of money. So how do I start doing that? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How long was it between the time you passed your last required test and the time that Microsoft officially told you?

One is still in the works - I took it on April 13th.
I notice the Transcript page on the MCP site is unavailable again - that's what happened the last time just before they updated the transcripts.

Nice one!!!
About jobs, dunno where you live or what you want to do, but I know one company that always has openings and where MC*'s are worth plenty. Check out www.microsoft.com/jobs.

Either I was extremely lucky or Microsoft is improving overnight, because I passed the final MCDBA exam on Friday, and I just received my official status via Microsoft today (Sunday). 2 days later!!! Maybe luck is headed my way. Any last hints or anything as far as taking my last MCSE (219) test tomorrow morning?

From what I understand, the results of the exams are uploaded to Microsoft after the close of the business day. It could be that MS only updates the results periodically, and that you got lucky and passed your exam just before the latest batch.
Sorry, can't help you on 70-219 - that one isn't in my program.

Congrats
Now if you take 218, you can get your MCSA :-) It never ends.
