Question Fri W2K Professional Question of the Day

And today's poser is ....

Q80. Alison decides to stop Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) on her Windows 2000-based computer while a dial-up connection is active, the dial-up connection is dropped and her modem has stopped responding (hang). She tries to re-establish the dial-up connection and receives the following error message:

Cannot connect the phonebook entry.
Error 756: The connection is already being dialed.

How could Alison resolve this error?

A. Alison should re-start the Routing and Remote Access Service.

B. Alison should turn the modem off then back on.

C. Alison should restart her computer.

D. Alison needs to reconfigure her dial-up connection properties.

Good Luck .... see you tomorrow for the answer!!
