Server Service

Where do you install the Server Service? I am running a program on a Win2K Dell notebook that is supposed to tell me what updates and patches I need to install and it comes up with "server service not started" "error 2114" I go into services and there is no "Server" selection as there is on all the other Win2K PCs and notebooks I have encountered. Where is it hiding?

Thanks, I had to install file and print sharing for the Server Service to show up in the Services. Works fine now.
