Exam Format
Ive just completed the 70-216 exam here in Tauranga, NZ. I note that this web site has the number of questions at 55 and duration at 120 minutes on the exam summary information pages.
The actual exam I sat I believe has been changed at around end of Feb 2002. The new format is 65 questions and 2:55 minutes duration (excluding the summary time etc).
Just thought some of you might like to know...

M$ changes it every once in a while (just to keep us guessing I think)
but thanks for the heads up, I plan to take the 210 later this week and the 216 seems to be the easiest of em all so I'll probably throw my hat in that ring soon also

It's good that they changed the format, to throw the braindump users off track.
I took 70-217 last week, and it was 170 minutes, 63 questions, and PASS/FAIL format - a lot tougher than I had been expecting.

not that I have all that much exp but I recently finished a CCNA course and everything I have seen so far on the 216 seems to click a lot faster than the rest of the material.
Didn't mean to suggest that any of this stuff is easy, cause it ain't

Hmm....new format eh?
I took this one a while ago and failed it, I thought I was pretty smart at this stuff too being a network engineer and all!
This one has a reputation for being a bit tricky depending on the questions it throws at you. When I did it there was a very heavy concentration on CA and RRAS, neither of the subjects I am too familiar with, hence the fail (600/620 - one question out I think!)
I'm doing it again tomorrow so we'll see what gives
I have 70-244:Maintaining an NT Network tomorrow afternoon too!!
I must be mad
