Squeaked by Outlook 2002

Just squeaked by on Outlook 2002. This was not an exam to take lightly. I hardly qualify as a corporate power-user of Outlook and that was what the exam zeroed in on.

About every fourth question related to Advanced Find, Custom Views, Defining Views and Filters. Be very, very familiar with these. Anything workgroup related -- meeting requests especially -- is also heavily tested.

A pass is a pass, I guess. I ran out of time with two of the 24 questions (each with at least two parts) unanswered. Glad I don't have to face that one again.

The biggest tip I could give is to make sure you are in the right folder each time before starting to work on a question. The exam engine rarely starts you off in the proper place. I found myself making "rookie mistakes" like this and it really cost me some precious time.
