Question Linux versions

Someone told me that know matter what version of Red Hat you purchase it is the same, but everything is turned off in the regular versions. Is there any truth to this?

hmm, Is RH 7.3 close to coming out? Linuxiso.org has "skipjack RH 7.3 beta", what the heck is skipjack? That just a beta Red Hat 7.3 ISO?

cool. Any idea why the beta is named "skipjack"?

BTW, I hope 7.3 includes the new KDE 3.0.

I have no idea where these names come from. I have no doubt there's a story behind a lot of them though. KDE 3.0? I think there's a good chance they'll include it.
