Thu 70-218 Question of the Day...
Q9. You are the network admin. Users report to you that they are unable to print to any network printers. All the printers are shared from a W2K Server machine. This machine functions as a file & a print server. You check the print server & find out that all 10 of the network printers are no longer listed!!! The only icon showing is the add printer icon! You need to resolve this issue as fast as possible? Choose the best answer.
A. Pull out your documentation & quickly reinstall all the network printers.
B. Take down the print server & restore it from tape backup.
C. Restart the "print spooler" service.
D. Restore the "system state" only.
E. Reboot the PC & select "last known good configuration."
F. Kick the print server a few times, the printers should reappear.
Good Luck!
Use the Force!

Definitely "F"
I would go with last known config. If that didn't work.
I would reload system state data

Although F is the most fun, the correct answer is C!
The fastest way to fix this problem is to simply restart the print spooler service! This will have no impact on other users connected to the server sharing files, and by restarting the print spooler the printers will come back online for users to print to!
