any links for dns zone files
can anyone provide me with some helpful links on configuring zone files that make one dns name point to multiple servers. I also have been looking for documentation on zone files concerning multiple exchange server configuration. any information would be helpful.

Sounds like you want to have the Domain name resolve to more than one IP address(server). Search for Information on DNS Round Robin.
