?'s on Net+ exam
I failed this test the last time I took it by about 2 questions. That was last year sometime and that killed me. I've been a little timid to take it again just for the fact that I don't like handing over $200 for nothing. I feel pretty comfident that I can pass it this time but wanted to get everybody's opinion of the new format. What to expect and that sort of thing. I've been smoking the practice tests without cheating. Are they generally pretty close to the real deal?
Any input would be greatly appreciated

What book(s) are you using? Practice tests alone - probably not a good approach. If one of the tools you're using is Exam Drill, then you can expect to see more of the same on the exam.

Did you go to Comptia's site and look at the objectives for the exam? I took the exam, and passed, March 23rd. It was much more difficult than I thought it would be. I had just finished a Network+ course and had aced the course's final exam with 100%. Still, I didn't pass the cert exam by much.

there is a great piece of advice, which for some reason is often overlooked...

I've studied a couple different books
I've read Exam Prep/Cram and another one someone lent me. I am actually in school getting my degree in Computer Technology/Networking and should graduate in July. A lot of the classes I've taken have dealt with the topics on the test so that has helped a lot. I just get very nervous taking the exams. I did fine on the A+ tests but the first time I took this one, it threw me for a loop. I hope to do much better this time.
Thanks for the input everybody! I'm taking it Thursday hopefully.
