Done them both mate.....need something challenging and worthwhile in the market place. (224 is in the UK..but coupled with web skills............well the salary is phenomenal over here)

For 224?...without a doubt the MS Press guide. I had a look at the Sybex one (I used them for 5.5) and it's nowhere near as good as MS Press. If you need any help with the 224 one give me a shout...
