Unhappy I encounter problems lease help

I don't know what to do this with these problems:
1. In the administrative tools the Computer Managment in Disk managment I can not access the properties for HDs.
2. When I am trying to reach the Services and Applications it pop ups a message: "Server Busy" and stop responding.
On the other hand when I alt+ctrl+del for the the task manager the mc seams to running properly in the application tab. I noticed though in the Process tab that the System Idle Process is on the top always with CPU in 99 and I can't right click it to low priority.
3. Also Services and Applications is not responding.
Does anybody has a clue

Angry HARDWARE ISSUE!!!

If you haven't received the forsaken BSOD yet, you'll probably get one soon.

It appears to me as though you've got a serious hardware problem there.

What kind of hardware are we dealing with here?
