CPU usage problem

whenever i play flash movies my CPU usage is always at 100%, how do i minimize the CPU usage?

Hm, well that is normal. I mean, just scrolling through a webpage uses a lot of CPU cycles. It has to keep refreshing the screen. Windows 2000 does have an option to use more CPU for applications or background services. That's in performance options. Not sure if that's what you are looking for.
