Type "show flash" and "sh ver"

"sh flash" Example:
System flash directory:
File Length Name/status
1 7990616 c2500-i-l.121-2.T.bin
[7990680 bytes used, 8786536 available, 16777216 total]
16384K bytes of processor board System flash (Read ONLY)

Make sure you are typing the file name correctly.

What is your configuration register when you do the "sh ver" command?
