Congrats on your pass.
Did you study with books for the 640-507 and then just go and take the 640-607? Do you know if there is a big difference betwwen the 2 tests?

from what i can see there is not a big diff between the two. i used self test software the exam notes from this site, sybex book, test killer, and i am taking a college class on cisco routing as well. that is where i got all kinds of hands on for we have 4 stacks of 2610 routers with a catalyst 1900 switch on each stack for the class.
suggestions are don't freak if you hose a simulation for i had more than one and hosed one pretty bad.(brain freeze). I had little questions on IPX encapsulations, but that doesn't mean to not know them. I reviewed them right before and wrote them down when i got in there. Know subnetting, WAN x.25 and frame relay, and know password encryption (other than enabling the secret password).
Know the OSI and where everthing sits at what levels, the DoD and the Cisco models as well.
know the 586b cabling standards such as straight/crossover/and rollover. where to use them and what the color orders are as well.
If you are struggling with the basics of the osi model you can go to www.angelfire.com/co4/defcon1111 and click the link there for it. that is a BASIC layout of it. I use it for teaching the beginner networking students at the college I attend when they are short on instructors.
