Passed 70-270 today
Hello all,
passed 70-270 today. All in all not a bad test at all if you know the material. MS doesn't give the scores anymore, so I have no idea what I got. I fealt like I did well though. I was sick of the wordy questions by the end though, heh. Anyways, I used the Sybex Windows XP book, cramsession, and transcender to study. I also beta tested XP from beta 1-RTM, so that also helped. Good luck to anyone else taking this exam, and know the new features of XP!
CM.

Nicely done.
I heard it was somewhat like 210. Just some new additions to distinguish the differences

Thx. I'm working on the CCNA right now, all I have left is ISDN with WAN protocals and I'll be ready for that test. But I'm planning on getting the MCSA done in the next two weeks. I see you passed the tests for the MCSA, how was 70-218? I heard it's pretty easy.

It's not that hard, though I wouldn't go in there expecting to pass without studying.

Congrats!
I hear the XP tests are pretty good? The 218 was a well written test, aside from reading the paragraphs for evey question, if you know your stuff you'll do just fine!

What material did you use to study for the exam?

great job, congrats on the pass. The CCNA is a cool test. If the passing score was not so darn high, it would be a bit more pleasurable
The 218 test was very fair and straight forward. I didn't use any material specifically for it, just what I already had for the MCSE. MS Press Kit all the way.
