Tue W2K Professional Question of the Day
And today's poser is ....
Q57. Alison installs a USB printer on her Windows 2000 Professional system but it is not functioning. Alison looks in Device Manager and notices that the root hub has an exclamation point in a yellow circle next to it. Which of the following could be the cause of the problem?
A. Windows 2000 Professional does not support USB devices.
B. Alison is not an administrator and therefore will not see whether devices are functioning properly in Device Manager.
C. The system's BIOS is not assigning an IRQ to the root USB controller.
D. The USB printer has hardware problems.
Good Luck .... see you tomorrow for the answer!!
