question about Net+ exam
I'm studying for the exam and I'm reading about network security. For those who have taken the exam, there's a question in my book asking "Which government agency did the US Department of Defense ask to handle computer security certification?" Answer is National Security Agency (NSA). Were there any or a lot of questions like this on the exam? Every pratice exam I've taken hasn't asked any questions like that. The only questions I've encountered on security were dealing with naming of the admin account and password questions. I'm still going to study that chapter, but I'm trying to get a feel for this exam....cause I REALLY want to pass on my first try. Thanks everyone in advance.

NOt when I took the tets, but I suppose that the IEEE, NSA, IETF, are fair game for the test, considering how well known they are...

Took my test today and didn't have any questions like that one. All I can say is that the Exam Drill practice test will really give you the feel for the exam. It looks a lot like it and a many of the questions were real similar to the ones on the test. I had a lot of questions on the OSI model and TCP/IP protocols. Good Luck!!!!
